When travelling with us, you’ll never need to cut items from your luggage because of carrier restrictions. We know how important it is to have everything you need on your journey, so we make sure that our luggage policy is as generous as possible.

Luggage included with your fare

The amount of luggage depends on the class you’re seated in, the following is included with your fare free of charge:

Economy and Family&Friends Class: you may take on board one item of hand luggage (max 10 kg and 42x30x18 cm) and you can store one large item (max 30 kg and 80x50x30 cm) in the hold.

Premium Class: you may take on board one item of hand luggage (max 10 kg and 42x30x18 cm) and you can store two items of luggage (max 30 kg and 80x50x30 cm) in the hold.

Additional luggage

Additional luggage (for Economy, Family&Friends, and Premium Class) is subject to a charge of 3 € per piece. Additional pieces of luggage may not exceed 80x50x30 cm, and there’s an allowance of no more than two items of luggage per person per bus.

If you’re planning to bring additional luggage, we recommend that you buy tickets online in advance. There is a chance that hold space may not be available for your extra suitcases if you arrive unannounced and purchase your tickets from the driver when boarding.

Fully collapsible wheelchairs and pushchairs may be stowed free of charge in the hold – they do not count as your hold luggage.
